Midwest AGM Details and Call for Agenda ItemsThe Midwest Annual General Meeting will be held January 8 and 9, 2010 at the Holiday Inn Willowbrook. The address is 7800 Kingery HWY, Willowbrook, IL 60517. The phone number is 630.325.6400 for reservations. Room rate is $89 per night. Please use the code "Midwest Rugby Football Union" when making your reservations. Registration deadline is January 1, 2010.On Friday evening, the Men's Competition Committee, and the Collegiate Committee will meet. Meetings will be chaired by Graeme Leask, and Tom Rooney, respectively. Details of each particular meeting will be coming from Tom and Graeme in the coming weeks. The Men's Competition Committee will mee in Hinsdale 1, while the Collegiate Committee will meet in Hinsdale 2.The main AGM will be in the Oakbrook 2 & 3 on Saturday, starting at 9 am.Lunch will be provided for 2 representatives of each LAU, and the MW management committee.
