The linked spreadsheet below is a document that the MWRRS uses to communicate with teams that are involved in leagues that warrant referee assignment from the Midwest (Men's DI and DII, Collegiate Men's and Women's DI, and Women's DI). 

Often times contact information is not updated, making communication much more difficult.  In an effort to keep that line of communication open and current, we'll publish this document, so teams can review it often, in the event someone leaves the club office, or if they notice they've been out of the communications loop.
